ROMY-FLEX EXT D: Very flexible multi-use Silicone hose

The most flexible of the Big 5! The ROMY-FLEX EXT D is a very flexible, lightweight silicone hose. The hose consists of braided, heat resistant plies that are enclosed by a platinum-cured silicone layer. Multi-use for different kinds of processes, ideal for applications with gases (e.g. CO2 and air) or fluids like water (e.g. WFI and demi). Sizes ¼” to 1” always in stock!

ROMY-FLEX Bright: Silicone, kink resistant hose suitable for negative pressure

Our king of the jungle! The ROMY-FLEX Bright is comparable with the EXT D but has a stainless steel spiral that enables vacuum. The hose has better resistance to pressure and kinks, but is a bit less flexible. Multi-use for different kinds of processes, ideal for applications with gases (e.g. CO2 and air) or fluids like water (e.g. WFI and demi). Sizes ½” to 4” always in stock!

ROMY-FLEX DB: Double braided flexible Silicone hose

Our siliconen buffalo! The ROMY-FLEX DB (double braid) is the heavier version of the EXT D with double braided polyester plies, which increase the resistance to higher pressure and kinks with short bends. Multi-use for different kinds of processes, ideal for applications with gases (e.g. CO2 and air) or fluids like water (e.g. WFI and demi). Sizes ½” to 1” always in stock!

ROMY-FLEX PTFE SIL: Wire reinforced PTFE hose suitable for negative pressure

Our sturdy PTFE giant! The ROMY-FLEX PTFE SIL has a stainless steel wire that creates vacuum possibilities. The PTFE material provides an excellent resistance to aggressive substances. Synthetic plies and a smooth, white silicone cover ensure the PTFE SIL is the perfect CIP hose which is also suitable for other processes. Sizes ½” to 2” always in stock!

SPEED FLOW-SI: High pressure resistant PTFE hose with good isolation

The PTFE hose with thick skin! The Speed Flow-SI is manufactured of virgin PTFE with a stainless steel braid, which ensures good resistance to high pressure and aggressive substances. The braid is overlaid with white, smooth silicone that insulates well and is easy to clean. Ideal for processes involving high temperatures and pressure. Sizes ½” to 1” always in stock!
