The Ezi-Flow™ CSV MK5 All Plastic is the next generation of Ezi-Dock’s fully disposable, high-containment powder transfer systems. Designed for sterile and potent API handling, the MK5 combines the proven OEB 5 / <1.0 μg/m³ OEL containment performance of the MK5 with a series of engineering enhancements that improve operator safety, ease of use, and process efficiency.

Its single-use design eliminates cleaning validation and cross-contamination risk, supporting faster changeovers, reduced downtime, and more reliable production workflows. The MK5’s upgraded active unit, quick-release spigot, and refined passive interface deliver smoother operation, stronger connections, and improved ergonomics. Lightweight, liquid-tight full-bore connections and compatibility with gamma irradiation or autoclave sterilisation make it ideal for aseptic and GMP-compliant manufacturing.
