The AERRE INOX RPP Sanitary Sample Valve enables representative, in-line liquid sampling from pharmaceutical process lines or distribution loops. Made from AISI 316L stainless steel, it is fully autoclavable and CIP/SIP compatible, supporting contamination-free operation in GMP-compliant environments. Designed for reliable use under high-pressure, high-temperature conditions, it is available in a range of connection types with full material traceability.

  • Material: AISI 316L – 1.4404 Stainless Steel
  • Operating pressure: Vacuum to 10 bar
  • Surface finish: Ra ≤ 0.76 μm (Internal)
  • Temperature range: Up to 150°C
