Rubber Fab’s Tuf-Steel® Sanitary Tri-Clamp® Gaskets offer unmatched purity, durability, and performance. Composed of a unique blend of PTFE and 316L Stainless Steel, these gaskets ensure leak-free sealing when torqued correctly. They exhibit minimal creep and cold flow, with a temperature range from -200°C to +280°C. Tuf-Steel® is inherently detectable by metal detectors and magnetic separators, making it ideal for sanitary steam and extreme temperature processes, including fryer and hot oil applications. With over a decade of proven performance in SIP and WFI applications, Tuf-Steel® guarantees perfect surface performance, durability, and increased uptime, while eliminating creep and cold flow issues common in envelope gaskets.
