Tuf-Flex® Tri-Clamp® Gaskets by Rubber Fab are unique unitized seals, revolutionizing purity, performance, and flexibility standards. Specifically engineered for critical applications in pharmaceuticals, biotechnology, ultra-pure water, WFI, and challenging food and beverage processing, Tuf-Flex® surpasses other hygienic seals, reducing costly process interruptions. Its design integrates a PTFE layer with an EPDM rubber core, ensuring exceptional purity and flexibility. This bonded construction prevents product contamination, service interruptions, and cleaning costs associated with traditional elastomer seals. With Tuf-Flex®, elastomer extractables and particulates are eliminated, maintaining sanitary tubing integrity without invasiveness or system contamination. Moreover, the PTFE-grafted elastomer maintains its integrity without requiring re-torquing or leaking.
