THE IDEAL PUMP FOR PHARMA
Sensitive (micro) biological substances require refined transfers and processes, with minimal influence caused by external factors. When processing sensitive and expensive liquids, it is not desirable that a pump causes friction, shear, high pulsations or changes in temperature. This can cause damage to cells or particles and an unwanted end result. Moving liquids in a safe, refined and efficient manner is therefore of great importance in the (bio)pharmaceutical industry.
QUATTROFLOW DIAPHRAGM PUMP
The heart of Quattroflow diaphragm pumps consists of a four-chamber system, which ensures a steady flow rate, low friction, very little to no pulsation, and no changes in temperature. In addition, the pumps can run dry without risk and the design ensures a completely aseptic, abrasion-free pumping process. The diaphragm pumps can transport all liquids in a safe and refined way, ideal for the (bio)pharmaceutical industry. From simple product transfers to critical, demanding filtration and chromatography applications. Watch the video to learn more about these pumps.
MULTI-USE DIAPHRAGM PUMPS
Mutli-use diaphragm pumps from Quattroflow use 316L stainless steel pump heads and are suitable for liquid transfers, autoclave applications, and CIP/SIP operations. These stainless steel pump heads are designed to last long and can withstand higher pressure than the single-use versions.
SINGLE-USE DIAPHRAGM PUMPS
Quattroflow single-use diaphragm pumps have an interchangeable pump head. The pump head is made of machined polypropylene (PP) or injection molded polyethylene (PE) which can both be replaced as one complete unit. Single-use pump heads are quick and easy to replace, saving time and money by eliminating the need for validation, in-situ sterilization, and cleaning. The pump heads can be gamma irradiated.
Q-CONTROL
Quattroflow Q-Control is an integrated smart process control for Quattroflow pumps, available for multi-use and single-use versions. The Q-Control can be linked to various flow and pressure sensors. Their data is used by the Q-Control as a PID control and thus the pump regulates itself to the set parameters.
